Abby Rozen (House Page ’90) lives in San Francisco CA and reports "Let's see, since Paging I've lived and worked all over. I went to college at the University of Wisconsin, Madison (go badgers!); completed a Coro Fellowship in St. Louis, MO; worked in D.C. for the District (local government in Washington, yikes!) and later for a private strategic communications firm (issue advocacy campaigns to tank legislation... only slightly more evil than it sounds); went back to graduate school at the University of Texas, Austin for a Masters of Public Affairs; I finally moved home to San Francisco in 2001 where I worked for a couple of years for The California Endowment making grants in health and health care. For the past year I have been working for another private consulting firm creating strategic plans and communications plans for non-profit clients. I also got engaged in December (!!!) and just moved (literally last week) to a nice house in the Sunset neighborhood of SF (only renting folks - baby steps to adulthood please!) So that's basically it... I'm sorry I won't be able to make it the reunion, sounds like it'll be a blast!

Adam Fassler (Senate Page '90) writes...Well, what should I tell everyone about my adventure since hanging out at the capitol and making some great memories. After Graduation, I ended up going to college, like everyone else and started down the Poli Sci Field, but for some reason after graduation from the University of Utah I decided it wasn't for me, so I went into telecoms. I had a company that made it possible so everyone could talk on cell phones, but got out of that about 3 months ago to raise my 2 kids in Salt Lake City instead of Long Beach California. I have been the same perfect girl for 14 years and been married for 9 years. I have a 7 year old boy and a 3 year old princess. Currently I am in the process of building a new telecom company based in Salt Lake City. From reading all the blogs, I must agree, I know where to turn to if I need an attoney or a Doctor. Ajna Pisani (House Page ’90) reports "Wow. has it really been 15 years? Unfortunately, I won't be able to make the reunion this year, but it is amazing to get updated on all of these incredible folks. If I ever get in legal trouble, I know where to look! As for me, I settled in Boston after a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital Boston (and no, not as a doctor). After paging I went to Stanford University for undergrad (along with Hilary Munger), then I took a small detour to New York City where I went to theater school for two years and studied under Mike Nichols. Alas, the life of the theater was not for me and I moved on. I received my MSW from Smith College in 2003 and am now a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in treating eating disorders in a residential treatment setting, and also work as an individual therapist. I'm transitioning into personal and business coaching over the next year so if anyone is looking for greater life fulfillment and the ability to reach your full potential... Alex Boyd (House Page '90) reports "It has been some time since I've seen any of these names. After graduating from High School, I went to St. Mary's College of Maryland. After college, I went to Law School at the University of Georgia. I don't think that anybody really enjoys law school, but Athens was a great town. From Law School, I took up a job with the Social Security Administration in Boston, where I am still am. The offical term is "Federal Disability Law", but in reality, I just deny benefits. I have been here 6 years, and it looks like I'll be here for a while. I bought a condo about a year and a half ago. It seems that many of you are married with kids. I am still enjoying the single life, but you never know what the future holds. For the most part, I spend my spare time skiing, jogging, and honing my Playstation 2 skills. I have also been doing stand-up comedy in the Boston area for the last two years. I don't really go by "Alex" anymore, so if you look me up, look for "Eskunder Boyd". I have also been active with the Big Brother program, and that is a very rewarding experience. As some of you might remember, I am from Maryland. So, I return home often to see my parents. Ali Davis (House Page ’90-’91) reports "Greetings from Asia! I'm in Colombo Sri Lanka working on a project to reduce urban traffic congestion, happily avoiding the coldest winter Tokyo has supposedly seen in 40 years. I've been in Tokyo for almost 3 years... and have miraculously survived living in a country where I can't speak the language (as if that could shut me up) and where a 300 sq. ft. apartment is considered spacious (it is actually called a mansion... seriously). Before I moved, I was in Boston for grad school in transport and urban planning. Apparently like almost every other Dead Page, I did the DC thing after college... and lived with the lovely Rachel Borak (Powell) for 3 years. Alfonso Martel (House Page ’91) reports "Shortly after college I participated in a fellowship program with the Australian Parliament, where I still can't believe I coincidentally ran intoBeth Ambrose, what a SMALL world. After that I spent some time living inMexico working for their Congress (no not exactly legal, but my uncle was the chairman of the Mexican Congress' equivalent of our Ways & MeansCommittee so it helped). When I returned to Chicago I started working for a non-profit organization’s development office. From there to a suburbanChicago municipality as the Latino / Hispanic affairs liaison. Moved on upto the big city when I got a job with "Da Mayor" managing CommunityDevelopment Block Grants for the City of Chicago - Richard M. Daley, Mayor(in case you MISSED it at any of our airports or public facilites). I currently work for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group's US banking arm, Citizens Bank / Charter One, where I manage the bank's community reinvestment act policies and community affairs programs for the Illinois market. On a personal note I was married twice (got you) same person, just different countries, as we never really did find a solution to the "where" of our ceremony. Araceli, my beautiful wife, and I currently live near the Cubs'Wrigley Field on Chicago's North Side and may soon have an addition to ourfamily…stay tuned. Since Page School, I decided to join the Armyand have now been in since Graduation from High School in 1992. Iserved my first 4 years at Ft. Benning, in Columbus, GA, then I moved toVicenza, Italy, where I spent 3 years jumping out of Airplanes. I thenmoved to Ft. Gordon, in Augusta, GA. I left there and went to SaudiArabia right around the time of 911. During 22 months over in that areaI spent time in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Djibouti,Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, and Iraq. From there I moved to DenverColorado, and from there I moved to Atlanta, where I am currently theBrigade Career Counselor for the 2d Recruiting Brigade where I amresponsible for the Retention of Recruiters in 5 Battalions spread outover 8 Southeaster States. Andy Kosegi (House Page ’91) reports "Okay, I finally got my act together. Perhaps with two "rugrats" - as Walter likes to call them - I have the best excuse for not responding earlier. The Boyz, as I like to call them, are Noah (age 4) and Aiden (age 2 and 1/2). Individually, each is rather active; together, they are a whirlwind, which should not be a surprise since I sired them both. Their mother, Bridget, and my wife of 7 years - she is the calming force in the family- met while both of us attended Marian College, of course located in Indianapolis. After completing my studies in Spanish and Philosophy (including an outstanding junior year abroad in Madrid, Spain, where I hung out extensively with Tim Duffy, Guy Raz, and Walter Stillwell), I went to law school at Indiana University-Indianapolis (what other options did I have?). During law school, I worked with Indiana Legal Services, a not-for-profit federally-funded legal program, representing migrant farm workers with general legal issues. After law school, I clerked for an Indiana Court of Appeals judge, and then took a position with the Office of Assistant Chief Counsel with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, located here in Indianapolis. I have been there for just over 2 years now. I really enjoy the work I am doing and especially appreciate the people I work with. Andy Rezendes (Senate Page ’91) reports... "I came back to DC in the fall of 1992 to go to college and haven't left since, as I went to the Catholic University for undergrad and law school. During my time in DC I always lived a within a few blocks of the old page dorm and Bullfeathers, as sad as that may be...and was constantly reminded about our time here as I witnessed the uniformed House Pages, "blue blazer and grey slacks," as they would traverse between their new dorm and work or school. It was a constant reminder of how young we were when we were here, how much fun we had and how far we've come... Currently, I practice at firm in Bethesda, Maryland and I live in McLean, Virginia with my wife, Maura, and our son, Finn, who was born in December 2005. Truly YOU are SUPERFANTASTIK!!(long story behind that choice of expression having to do with Albanian misuse of U.S. slang) It's a bitterly COLD night here in Prishtina, something like -13 C, and to make matters worse, I'm still at work (and it's 10:30pm, my time!). Hence,my utter JOY at seeing this site and reading what you all are doing. I'm not sure if I'll be in the States for the reunion (which sucks) but I'm extremely happy to hear how well everyone is doing and I'm sure I'll be writing many emails to you soon (assuming the electricity holds up, which ain't always true round these parts!) Brian Randall (Senate Page '91) is an attorney in Milwaukee, WI, with a commercial litigation and municipal law (as well as local and state elections law) practice. The Office Manager for Brian’s sponsoring senator, Herb Kohl (D-Wis) suggested he ask for a "gofer" job at a downtown Milwaukee law firm after high school and has worked at his 16 attorney firm in various capacities ever since. Of course, that is except for the summer when he drove the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile throughout the Midwest. Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University Law School. He and his wife Amy were married in August of 2004. Camilla Messing Bosanquet (House Page ’90-’91) Hello everyone! I am so impressed with all of your updates! It feels like our Page School days were a million years ago. I’m currently writing this from Boston, where my wonderful husband (Barnaby) and I are settled for the moment. Short update: I am an active-duty U.S. Coast Guard Lieutenant (graduated from the Coast Guard Academy). I spent eight years going to sea (drug interdiction, migrant rescue, fisheries enforcement, etc); during the most recent ship assignment I served as a patrol boat Commanding Officer. Just before moving to Boston (and after the shipboard assignments), I was the USCG liaison to the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. I served as an “expert” on a wide range of U.N. Security Council issues and negotiated resolutions on behalf of Uncle Sam. I am now a full-time graduate student at Boston College, earning an M.A. in Philosophy (I will return to the Academy next year to teach Ethics). Gil Murdock (House Page ’90-’91) reports "UNC-Chapel Hill undergrad. National Championship freshman year! Every summer in Undergrad spent as an intern in DC. Worked the 96 Republican National Convention in San Diego for four months where I met my wife. We have been married for seven years and have two children. As a close friend commented at our rehearsal dinner, "Susan and Gil, as a couple, are the only good thing that came out of the 96 convention." Spent three years in DC working for William Bennett and Jack Kemp at Empower America and on the Hill (House side) before becoming a Christian (not the right wing conspiracy kind...but the loving kind) and realizing politics wasn't where I wanted to be. Heather Arnet (House Page ’90) - After spending several years working in Manhattan doing “brand launches” for dot-coms by day and writing and directing feminist theatre by night, Heather moved to Pittsburgh where in 2005, she found her true calling and became the Executive Director of The Women and Girls Foundation of Southwest Pennsylvania. The foundation’s mission is to achieve equity for women and girls in the region. PA is ranked 47th out of the 50 states for women’s representation in politics and so Heather’s mission (& the foundation’s) is to change that! In this role, Heather has pursued legislation at the city, county and state levels for fair representation for women on Pennsylvania’s appointed boards, authorities, and commissions and has invested in the development of several statewide candidate and advocacy training programs for women. She recently appeared on NBC’s Today Show, followed by a ton of other media, for her group’s successful “Girlcott” of sexist Abercrombie & Fitch t-shirts. In addition to her activist work, Heather still writes and directs theatre, most recently receiving a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts for her play "Yo’ Mama!" (inspired by the birth of her son - Travis). Hud Coughlin (Senate Page ’90-’91) reports..."It seems like a common phenomenon that a vast majority of dead pages gravitate back to the DC area at some point or another and it appears I am unoriginal in following suit. After finishing graduate school at UMASS (UNH for undergrad) I moved down to DC to pursue a career in Federal Law Enforcement. I started working as a police officer for, of all places, the U.S. Treasury at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. After a few job and title changes, I became a Special Agent in the land of the Inspector General community. I've been an agent for almost six years and I'm currently working for the Government Printing Office OIG. I primarily conduct investigations relating to material losses occurring within agency programs as well as any and all criminal activity associated with the agency. Otherwise I'm currently living with my incredible girlfriend, Amy, in a townhouse we purchased last year in the Ballston area of Arlington, VA. Politically, my exposure is primarily through her as she's turned to the dark side and is a lobbyist for Price Waterhouse Coopers here in DC. Josh Zeitz (House Page ’90-’91) emails : Not where I thought I'd be when I was 17! I seem to recall that when my mom and dad packed me off to college, I was adhering strictly to a master plan that put me in the House at age 25 and the Senate at 30. Which made me slightly less precocious than a few of our classmates. (To all of you who suffered through recitations of my grandiose dreams, my sincerest apologies. Would that I could give you back the best years of your life.) In the end, the old adage about great teachers and changed lives rang true. It took just one college history course to sell me on academia. After Swarthmore, I went to Brown, where I earned my Ph.D. in U.S. American history. Two short-term teaching gigs later, and I landed at Cambridge University, where I continue to wow students with my funny accent and dismay colleagues with my uncouth American table manners. My wife, Juli-anne Whitney, and I divide our time between Cambridge and (in the off-term months), New York. I work for the NYC Dept. of Ed. and I supervise English as a Second Language programs in upper Manhattan. I can't believe Tim Duffy lives in NYC. I bet we pass each other all the time on the subway! Anyway, I am Julie O'Connor now and I have 2 dogs and a cat. I started an anti-fur group named Caring Activists Against Fur (http://www.caafgroup.com/) and I get a lot of activists to do alot of anti-fur outreach in front of the stores during winter. So, in that way, I am still politically active, although people from both sides of the aisle who like animals join me for those adventures. I left DC for Texas again and got married to my wonderful husband, Dan, in June of 1996. (So this means I owe Mr. Harroun dinner, since I was married before 25) Ali Davis was my Maid of Honor and experienced Arkansas (where we were married) for the first time (I don't think she has been back...)We lived in Texas for 7 years and moved to Arkansas 3 years ago. My husband owns a Computer Consulting Company and I am stay at home mom (who never seems to be home) to 4 (yup, I said 4) beautiful children: Annalie (8) Amelia (7) Joe (5) and Jack (2). We have a house on a few acres and we have lots of animals at our place, including goats and chickens, and we all stay very busy with that! The reunion sounds wonderful and we will definitely put it on the calendar. The downside to all those wonderful animals is that they don't like it when you leave them. They have this thing about eating at regular intervals. I think we can swing it, though.Thanks to all of you who organized the website -- it was so nice to read the blog entries. Mark Easterday reports "Wow 15 years removed from pagedom and I know that pagedom made a lot of the last 15 years better than it would've been. I drank beer for four years at USC. I have only missed one home football game in 14 years. It's been lots of fun being a part of a winner, let me tell you. Joined Merrill Lynch 9 years ago and have a nice financial planning practice going. I help families plan for their future and manage their financial affairs. I married Maggie who I met here at Merrill - aka fishing off the company pier. We've since had two boys, Ryan and Aaron - the most recent born last week. I'm not doing poetry anymore (for those that remember the "Night Before Page Christmas" and "Pagedom"), but I am a one man country music act. Maryann Hopson (House Page '90) emails...After Paging I went home to CA for the second semester, then spent the next summer in Germany. Went back East for college at Smith. Somehow ended up a Computer Science major. Moved back to CA, but gave up the Bay Area for Sacramento. Just now realized that yesterday was my sixth anniversary with my employer (though we've been merged and changed names twice in that time). I'm a Senior Consultant for CGI-AMS working long-term on the California Child Support Automation project, an interesting mix of public policy and IT consulting. Max Koltuv (House Page ’90) moved to Boston after college and worked as a strategy consultant for Monitor Co., then left to become a teacher. He led Outward Bound courses for several years and now lives in NYC and is the founder of a charter elementary school in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn which will open to kindergartners and first graders in the Fall of 2006. Michelle Billig (House Page ’91) reports "Since pagedom, I have bounced between DC, Chile, Europe and China. I did my masters at SAIS and have been working in energy markets ever since. I spent some time as an energy policy advisor under the late Clinton and early Bush years. That was more than enough to push me into exile in NYC where I advise energy traders and take full advantage of city living. More importantly, I can attest to Tim's Congressional banking card....he used it for dinner last week! It would be great to round up anyone else in Gotham and reconnect. Michelle Custer (House Page ’91) is now Mechel Custer McKinney. She lives with her husband, Chad, and their two daughters, Kaylen Grace (2 ½) and Kirah Hope (9 months) in Albuquerque, NM. She married Chad in 1999 and was honored to have Anne Barkis, Wendy Bianchini and Michelle (Semple) Orendorff as her bridesmaids. Mechel received degrees in Health Information Technology and Business Administration in New Mexico. She is part of the 20% of the population that works in the same field as the degree earned in college. Mechel has worked in the healthcare for the past 13 years as an Operations Director and Director of Health Information Management in major healthcare systems the Albuquerque area. Two years ago she began her second career in education as the program director for the health information technology and medical coding programs for a community college in Albuquerque. Aside from work she enjoys singing in the church choir/musicals and being a mom.

Rachel Borak Powell (House Page ’90) reports...I am now living back in Chicago after living in D.C. three times since we were pages. After Paging, I went to the Univ. of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and then to law school at George Washington University, where Ali Davis was my roommate and had the misfortune of enduring me for three years of agony. After law school I moved back to Chicago to work for a large law firm, and within two months met my wonderful husband, Mark, who moved to D.C. to work for the Department of Justice. So, back I went to D.C. through a transfer in my law firm. After 3 years in D.C. we decided to head back to Chicago where we both work for the City of Chicago as assistants corporation counsel. My focus is on constitutional challenges and general commercial litigation cases. I've had the good fortune of keeping in touch with several former pages throughout the years. Ali was my maid of honor at my wedding (that makes two times for her for former pages--Karen Carothers as well). Vicki (McAvoy) Nielsen and I went to law school together and attended each others weddings. I've also kept in touch via email with Mark Easterday and at times Josh Zeitz, who by the way has a book that was recently published (Congrats!). I've also seen a smattering of pages in D.C. Rachelle Snowdon Mulder (House Page Spring 91) reports ... I guess I was still at Pacific Lutheran University when we had our last reunion. After graduating I began teaching Kindergarten. The following year I married my college sweetheart, Curt. Soon after, we set off for Chicago, where I taught 1st and 2nd grade while Curt earned his Masters degree in Professional Counseling at Trinity International University. It was a great three years experiencing a different part of the country.(not as great as D.C--but a fun place) We left Chicago when I was 37 weeks pregnant and headed to Spokane, WA(where I grew up). Curt has a private counseling practice here and I work part time as a reading teacher and full time as a mother to our three sons. Jordan is now 3 1/2 and our twin boys, Benjamin and Bradley just turned 1 year old. Terry Cross Davis (House Page '91) reports...Well it has been an interesting trip for me. I now live in Silver Spring, MD. I’m happily married to a wonderful poet and English teacher named Hayes Davis and we have a lovable Jack Russell Terrier named Id. I now work on the Hill at the Folger Shakespeare Library as the poetry and lectures coordinator. The poetry part should be nothing new to those of you who knew me. After paging and high school, I attended Ohio University for a BS degree in journalism with poetry as my clandestine love. I stayed on for a graduate program in international affairs and African studies,(Masters degree in international affairs) which ended up with me in Kenya for a little over 3 months. After returning to the states, I made my way back to DC (it was inevitable) and Capitol Hill- surprise of all surprises- working for a congressman. After I left the congressman, I did a little of everything for a while, website design, newsletter layout, pr/crisis management, and finally settled down into producing for public radio. I produced a show called “The Kojo Nnamdi Show” here in DC for about five years, while working on a MFA degree in poetry from American University. I graduated from AU in 2004 and have had poems published online and in many anthologies. I currently am working on a book of poems. I look forward to see all of you this Memorial Day!

My wife Melissa and I were married during our senior year in high school and our second son Eli was born a couple of months after graduation. Melissa and I graduated from Castleton State College (small Vermont school). I became a CPA (4 years in public)and got my MBA from the Universit of Vermont. I now work for Green Mountain Power, a small publicly traded utility near Burlington, VT. The boys are 15 (drivers permit) and 13. Vikram Gopal (House Page ’91) reports "Hi everyone! It was great seeing so many familiar faces at the 15 year Page reunion. My family and I had a wonderful time.Just to give you a quick update on what has been going on in my life:I attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia for undergrad (1996) and medical school (2000). I returned to DC to intern for Speaker Gingrich in the summer of 1995. I realized I wasn't cut out for politics and pursued medicine. I met my wife, Suma, in our freshman dorm. We got married after we graduated from medical school. We moved to Gainesville, Florida for Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Florida 2000-2003. In our last year of residency our daughter, Maya, was born. She is an active and intelligent three year old. Gastroenterology is the study of digestive health or as some of my friends like to simplify it: a butt doctor. I deal with all of the organs from the mouth to the anus. I like to eat and if you can't eat, you can't survive. Our second daughter, Asha was born in 2005 with less fan fare but with tons of hugs and kisses. While I was here at Wake Forest, I ran into an ambitious fourth year medical student, Sam Jacks (Spring 1991). Sam was my roommate in the page dorm. We were able to catch up and now he is in a surgery residency in Dallas, Texas. I will be completing my three year GI fellowship in June of 2006. In July, I will be joining the Borland Groover Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Jacksonville is my hometown and I am looking forward to raising my family there. Wendy Bianchini (House Page ’91) settled in Bozeman, Montana over 6 years ago after living all over the west working as a raft guide, mountain bike guide and general ski bum after college. She landed in Montana for graduate school in marriage and family counseling and now divides her time between seeing clients in private practice, doing wilderness therapy with troubled teens and their families in the wilds of the Montana mountains, teaching in the Human Development department at Montana State (Wendy was recently named Montana State Health and Human Development Department's Adjunct Professor of the Year), volunteering as the victim advocate for the local chapter of M.A.D.D., and trying to get in as much outdoor play as possible.
